Grilling season is all year at our house. When we feel like planning a meal ahead we zip up chicken, steak, pork or duck with one of our delicious marinades while we're at the Mill. Then when we get home we grill up a fabulous meal. Our grilling and cider sauces can be drizzled on after you are finished grilling or sauteing. It's a simple way to add flavor to an entree. Bill's favorite is our zinfindel tri tip grilling sauce with flank steak. Put both into a plastic bag or container and let sit in the refrigerator for a day and grill.
