Our cheese rests in the cave which is at a constant 50 degrees. You'll love the tangy, creamy, unique flavor from our cave-aged cheddar. It's the kind of cheese that gives your taste buds a wake up call! Just take it out of the fridge 1 hour before serving as it's best at room temperature.
