Fly Creek "Spa" Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Fly Creek Cider Mill brand Spicy Asian Honey Bath, 12 fl oz bottle
Rinse and dry chicken breast halves. Place chicken in a marinating dish or zip-top bag and cover with Fly Creek Cider Mill brand Spicy Asian Honey Bath. Allow chicken to bathe one to three hours.
Remove chicken from the bath and place immediately on a pre-heated grill. Turn and baste with remaining bath every 4 minutes. Grill until done (180 degrees). Do not dry it out by overcooking.
Remove from grill and let stand 5 mintues before slicing. Serve on a plate or use in a tasty sandwich.
