Minted Lamb Kebabs
2 lbs Lamb Shoulder, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup White Wine
1 med Onion, quartered
1/2 cup Fly Creek Cider Mill Mint Jelly with Leaves
Combine lamb, white wine, onion and Mint Jelly in a shallow container. Cover dish and refridgerate 4 hours or overnight. Thread meat onto bamboo skewers and barbeque on grill until the meat is tender. Serve with extra Mint Jelly. Serves 4
