Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns of unused, unopened, and unspoiled items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Q: Are exchanges available? A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs? A: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Q: Is there a restocking fee for returned items? A: Yes, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any returned items.

Q: How do I return a defective or damaged item? A: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Q: Are all your products available online? A: Most of our products are available online, but some items may be exclusive to the physical Fly Creek Cider Mill store. Items like the Cheddar Cheeses and Apple Ciders will be added in the future. If you have any questions about product availability, please contact us.

Q: How often do you restock items? A: We make it a priority to regularly restock our popular items to ensure that you can always find your favorites. However, availability may vary based on demand and supply. We always appreciate your patience and thank you for your support!

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging? A: Not at the moment, but we're excited to announce that we will be adding this to our offerings before the Holiday Season. We will offer gift boxes as well as gift wrapping for certain products. Keep an eye out for updates, and soon you'll be able to add that special touch to your Fly Creek Cider Mill gifts!
