We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Period: You may return any unused, unopened, unspoiled items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any returned items.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at onlinestore@flycreekcidermill.com to request a return authorization.

2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund, minus the 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
