Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to our shipping options at checkout for detailed information on delivery times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: Fly Creek Cider Mill is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy: Currently, we do not ship outside United States of America.
Returns: Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any returned items.
How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund, minus the 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to our [Product Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items Section] for more details.
